The \u201cDatabase Connection\u201d window serves as the interface for configuring each database that you intend to establish a connection with.  <\/p>\n

New: <\/strong>Click the New Button to open a blank Maintain Database Connection<\/p>\n

Modify:<\/strong> To modify an existing connection, either double-click on a listed database connection or single-click to select it and then click on the \u201cModify\u201d button. This will open the Maintain Database Connection where you can modify  your connection.<\/p>\n

Export:<\/strong> Select a database connection and click on the Export Button. This will open a File Explorer window prompting you to specify the location on your workstation or network where you wish to save the 7z exported file. For security reasons, the exported 7z file (zip file) can only be imported into BizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/p>\n

Import: <\/strong>Select a database connection to which you wish to import a 7z zip file. This action will erase all existing data and replace it with the contents of the 7z zip file. This feature is particularly useful if you have been utilizing the program in demonstration mode and wish to preserve your work and import it to a new database connection that is now licensed from NetSoft Studio, LLC.<\/p>\n

Delete: <\/strong>The delete button solely removes the database connection, not the database itself. To reconnect to the database, you must possess the necessary information, including the database\u2019s location, name, user name, and password.<\/p>\n

Close:<\/strong> Closes the \u201cWork With Database Connection\u201d window.<\/p>\n

Refresh:<\/strong> Refreshes the data information displayed in the \u201cWork With Database Connection\u201d window.<\/p>\n\n\n

Modify:<\/strong> To modify an existing company, either double-click on a listed company or single-click to select it and then click on the \u201cModify\u201d button. This will open the Maintain Company Window where you can modify  your companies information.<\/p>

Delete:<\/strong> Select a company and click the Delete button. This will prompt a confirmation window requesting confirmation of the deletion of the selected company. If any record or order has utilized the company\u2019s information for an order, deletion will be prevented.<\/p>

Print: <\/strong>Prints a list of each company and their information<\/p>

Close:<\/strong> Closes the \u201cWork With Company\u201d window.<\/p>
