Name: <\/strong>Enter a name that will be used for this connection<\/p>\n

Domain Name\/IP Address:<\/strong> You will need to enter the domain name or IP address where this database is located. For databases hosted by NetSoft Studio, LLC, this information, along with the Database Name User ID and Password, will be provided by NetSoft Studio, LLC. For local installations, you will need to enter the IP address of the workstation where you installed the BizwizIQ Server software and the location of your database. For active licensed databases, the Database Name, User ID, and Password will be provided by NetSoft Studio, LLC.<\/p>\n

Database Name:<\/strong> For licensed databases, the database name will be provided by NetSoft Studio, LLC. If you have an active license and require this information, please log in to your NetSoft Studio account<\/a>. Locate the bottom tables and click on the \u201clicenses\u201d tab. Double-click on your active license to display the database name, user ID, and password.<\/p>\n

User ID: <\/strong>Enter the User ID for the Database Name<\/p>\n

Password: <\/strong>Enter the Password for the Database Name you entered earlier.<\/p>\n

Select Image:<\/strong> Click on the \u201cSelect Image\u201d button to open the File Explorer and select an image or company logo that is associated with the company.<\/p>

Company Information Fields: <\/strong>Please provide the following details for each company: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Hours of Operation, Email Address, Website Address.<\/p>

This information will be displayed on various printouts throughout the BizwizIQ Order Manager Program.<\/p>

Note: <\/strong>The primary company is the first company entered. The company name is controlled by your account plan license. To edit the company name of the primary company, please contact NetSoft Studio, LLC.<\/p><\/div>

Payjunction Setup: <\/strong>PayJunction is a credit card merchant provider integrated with Order Manager payment system. <\/p><\/div>

Company User ID Setup:<\/strong> Enter your API User ID and password for PayJunction account.  You will need to login to PayJunction web portal and create API Credentials within the PayJunction Software system. Once logged in, click on the MORE button to create API credentials.<\/p>

AVS and CVV Options: <\/strong>From the drop down boxes, select the method of verification for each processing method.<\/p>

Payment Method Mapping: <\/strong>From the dropdown menu, select the payment method corresponding to the name listed in the respective box.<\/p>

Display Pay Now Button Check Box: <\/strong>When sending emails to customers that have Order acknowledgments or Invoices, you can have a \"Pay Now\" button to allow your customers a secure portal to submit a payment.  If a payment is submitted, you receive an email from PayJunction indicating a payment has been received for an order or invoice.<\/p>
