Getting Started \u2014 Article 4 of 11<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before you begin entering customer orders, it’s important to review and configure your company information in bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/p>\n

These settings help ensure that Order Manager has the correct information for your business.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Open Company Management<\/h2>\n

To access your company information:<\/p>\n

    Log in to bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Select the Configuration<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Locate the Configuration Management<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Click Companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Work With Company<\/strong> window will appear, displaying the companies currently configured in Order Manager.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Review Your Company Information<\/h2>\n

    To review or update an existing company:<\/p>\n

    1. Locate your company in the list.<\/li>\n
    2. Double-click the company, or select it and click Modify<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. The Maintain Company<\/strong> window will open.<\/li>\n
    4. Review the available fields and update your company information as needed.<\/li>\n
    5. Save your changes when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Make sure the information entered accurately reflects your business.<\/p>\n

      Important: <\/strong>If a company is designated as the Default Company, its name can only be changed by Netsoft Studio. Other company information can be updated as needed.<\/p>\n

      Step 3: Review System Configuration<\/h2>\n

      Order Manager includes additional settings that control how the program operates.<\/p>\n

      To review these settings:<\/p>\n

      1. Select the Configuration<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
      2. Open System Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Review the settings available for your business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Netsoft Studio Login Information<\/h3>\n

        If you’re using a licensed copy of Order Manager<\/strong>, you must enter your Netsoft Studio login information in the Default Settings<\/strong> area of System Configuration.<\/p>\n

        This information is required for licensed copies of Order Manager.<\/p>\n

        If you’re using Order Manager in Limited (Demo) Mode<\/strong>, Netsoft Studio login information is not required.<\/p>\n
