Getting Started \u2014 Article 6 of 11<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before you begin creating customer orders, you’ll want to set up your customer information in bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/p>\n

Order Manager allows you to maintain customer records, including contact information, addresses, and other details needed to manage orders and customer relationships.<\/p>\n

Customers can be added individually. Customer importing is currently available for users migrating from the Legacy Order Manager.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Open Customer Management<\/h2>\n

To access customer information:<\/p>\n

    Log in to bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Click the CUSTOMERS<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    The Work With Customers<\/strong> window will automatically appear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From this window, you can search for existing customers, add new customers, and maintain customer information.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Create a New Customer<\/h2>\n

    To add a customer:<\/p>\n

    1. From the Work With Customers window, click New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. The Maintain Customer<\/strong> window will open.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the customer’s information.<\/li>\n
    4. Review any additional settings applicable to the customer.<\/li>\n
    5. Save the customer record.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Once saved, the customer will be available for use when creating orders.<\/p>\n
