Getting Started \u2014 Article 7 of 11<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before you begin creating customer orders, you’ll want to set up the products and services your business sells.<\/p>\n

bizwizIQ Order Manager allows you to organize products, maintain individual product details, and configure pricing to simplify order entry.<\/p>\n

Products and pricing are managed under the CONFIGURATION<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Access Your Products<\/h2>\n

To access your products:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the CONFIGURATION<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Locate the Product Management<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Work With Products<\/strong> window will open.<\/p>\n

    From this window, you can create new products, search for existing products, and maintain product information.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Understanding Products and Detailed Products<\/h2>\n

    Order Manager organizes product information into two levels.<\/p>\n

    Products<\/h3>\n

    A Product is the main record used to organize an item or service your business sells.<\/p>\n

    For example, you might create a Product named Acrylic Awards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The Product record contains general information such as:<\/p>\n
