Getting Started \u2014 Article 10 of 11<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now that you’ve configured your company, customers, products, and sales tax settings, you’re ready to create your first customer order in bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/p>\n

Order Manager helps you organize customer information, products, pricing, and order details in one place, making it easier to manage custom and personalized orders.<\/p>\n

In this article, we’ll walk through the basic steps of creating a new customer order.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Access Orders<\/h2>\n

To begin creating an order:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to bizwizIQ Order Manager.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the ORDERS<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Work With Orders<\/strong> window will automatically be displayed.<\/p>\n

    From this window, you can create new orders, search for existing orders, and maintain customer order information.<\/p>\n

    To create a new order, click New<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Select a Customer<\/h2>\n

    Every customer order must be associated with a customer.<\/p>\n

    When creating a new order:<\/p>\n

    1. Locate the customer selection field.<\/li>\n
    2. Search for and select the appropriate customer.<\/li>\n
    3. Review the customer’s information to ensure you’ve selected the correct account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If the customer does not already exist in Order Manager, you may need to create a customer record before proceeding.<\/p>\n

      Step 3: Enter Order Information<\/h2>\n

      Once you’ve selected the customer, enter the information needed for the order.<\/p>\n
