Each customer is distinct, and the Customer tab offers comprehensive information and functionalities for creating and managing customer interactions. It empowers you to engage with customers, generate diverse customer-related reports, and process customer invoices and payment batches.
Account Centers: Think of account centers as little hubs within each customer. Every customer gets at least one, and they can have as many as they need! You also can configure if all invoices should go to a primary account center, or to individual account centers.
By using multiple account centers, you can create reports to see what each account center in a customer’s record is up to.
