Through out the system we refer to two types of screens/windows used throughout the system. Scroll down for an explanation of the following screen types:
Work With Screens
Work with screens in various sections of the program appear and are a list or table of items that refer to the section of the program you are working with. On these Work With Screens a list of the database records that fit the criteria of the screen you are on will appear. Usually to the right of the Table of records, there are various action buttons that allow you to work with your database of records.
In addition, in the top bar of the window there are three icons.
- Logout Icon - Logs current user out of Order Manager and takes you to the log in screen
- Minimize/Maximize Icon - Allows you to have the Order Manager program run in the full size of your monitor or you can minimize, your choice.
- X Icon - Closes Order Manager

Maintain Screens
Maintain screens in various sections of the program allow you to perform maintenance on a specific record in your database. Usually everything you need to know or change on a record can be performed somewhere on the your Maintain Screen. We will explain in more detail each of these screens in this User Manual.
In addition, in the top bar of the window there are four icons.
Email Icon - Click on the email icon to email a quick message to anyone.
Calendar Icon - The calendar icon allows you to set a calendar event in relation to the maintain window you are on.
Internal Message Icon - The internal email system allows you to send a message to a group or individual users about the maintain window you are on. The users that are logged in will see a notification that they have received a message.
