Click on one of the three options below on how to start a new order


Orders Tab

The first method is to access the Orders tab is by clicking on it, which is situated on the left-hand side of the program window. Upon clicking on the Orders tab, you will be presented with the Work With Order Table and a New button located on the right. Clicking on the New button will open the Maintain Order Window.


Customer Window

The Second Way to Start a New Order is to select a customer and start from there. Click on the Customer Tab, search for a customer, and double click to open the Maintain Customer Window. You’ll see an Orders Tab. Click it, then click the NEW button to start a new order with the customer’s info already filled in.


Account Center Window

The third way.  Start from an Account Center of a Customer.  After you selected a customer, go to the Account Center Tab and open the account center you want to use. You’ll see an Orders Tab again. Click it, then click the NEW button to start a new order. This method will populate the order with the customer and account center already selected.
